Digital Twins

Year: 2025
Location: China
Type of project: Automotive Factory

ZEEKR Factory is a digital-twin visualization project created to make a large and highly complex automotive production system easier to understand. Moving from the scale of the complete plant to individual production cells, the project brings architecture, equipment, logistics routes, and manufacturing processes into one coherent visual environment.

The workflow began with full-scene model integration and data cleanup, followed by detailed repair of factory buildings, production lines, robotic equipment, and key components. Concept development, component design, material definition, lighting, and camera planning were then used to establish a consistent visual language. Layered materials and technical linework distinguish structures, machinery, circulation, and safety zones while keeping the images clear and realistic.

The final delivery includes presentation stills, process diagrams, poster imagery, and motion sequences for project reporting, exhibitions, and technical communication. By translating engineering information into an immersive visual narrative, the project allows viewers to quickly understand how the factory operates while communicating the precision, efficiency, and technological character of the ZEEKR brand.
